Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at MimiPambo. The following is our shipping policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-16 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during international holidays.

For International Shipping, 

Items will be dispatched within 7 business days after purchase.

Allow up to 14 business days for transit after your order has been dispatched.

After arrival, confirm via email that you have received your order. 

Depending on your country you might need to pay customs upon arrival but this is rarely the case.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  The tracking order number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes, 

MimiPambo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during our shipping of your order are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc)

Damages and misplaced items

MimiPambo is not liable for any products damaged or misplaced during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, contact info@mimipambo.com to follow up. 

In the event that you need to file a claim with our shipment providers, save all packaging materials and goods for the filing. 

All shipping costs, international or domestic are calculated at checkout.
