Thank you for shopping at Mimi Pambo. The following is our shipping policy. 

All orders are processed within two business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during international holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for your delivery to reach you. If there will be a significant delay in the shipping of your item, we will contact you via email 

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates:

Within Kenya, 

Shipping  costs range between 350 Ksh for CBD and 1200 Ksh for the furthest point out of Nairobi. 

Your order will be fulfilled within 2 business days of your purchase.

For the different counties in between, rates are available at check out.

Within the US,

All orders are processed within two- three business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or during international holidays.

Items will be dispatched within 2-3 business days after purchase.

Allow up to 4 business days for transit after your order has been dispatched.

After arrival, confirm via email that you have received your order. 

Depending on your country you might need to pay customs upon arrival but this is rarely the case.

Shipping confirmation and order tracking:

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.  The tracking order number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes, 

Mimi Pambo is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during our shipping of your order are the responsibility of the customer. (tariffs, taxes, etc)

Damages and misplaced items

Mimi Pambo is not liable for any products damaged or misplaced during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, contact mimipambo@gmail.com to follow up. 

In the event that you need to file a claim with our shipment providers, save all packaging materials and goods for the filing. 

All shipping costs, international or domestic are calculated at checkout.

Out of Stock items

In the event that you do purchase an item and is out of stock in your specific size, we will contact you immediately to let you know that it is out of stock.

Don't panic.

We produce all of our jewelry so you are guaranteed to get your item in good time. 

An order for fulfillment will be placed immediately and this will lead to a 1-1.5 week delay. After which, your item will be shipped to you.
